Returns Policy

If we did something wrong, or if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know and we'll resolve the issue ASAP.

However, if you've just changed your mind, or if the item is simply not what you expected, then unfortunately we cannot accept your item back for a return or exchange. This is due to the nature of the products we stock, and the resulting hygiene considerations.

Prior to making your purchase, please ensure that you refer to the disclaimer on the product page.

SUMMARY OF RETURN REASONS

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS: Whilst we take great care when packaging orders to reduce the chances of an item arriving in a damaged or faulty state, occasionally items may arrive broken. We apologise if you've received a damaged/faulty item and ask you to get in contact with us ASAP to we can resolve the issue with you. Please retain the item and all packaging materials (box, cushioning, satchel, etc) in the meantime. We will be in contact with you within 24 hours (weekdays only) to arrange an exchange or refund as appropriate.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS: Ooops! We're humans too and from time to time we might make a mistake during the packing or dispatch process. We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused and we ask you to please contact us ASAP so we can resolve our mistake. Either a replacement will be sent out to you, or a refund will be issued (depending upon available stock).

CHANGE OF MIND: Due to hygiene considerations, returns or exchanges cannot be provided for a “change of mind”. Please refer to the disclaimer on the original product page and consider gifting the item to a friend instead!

ITEM NOT AS EXPECTED: Due to hygiene considerations, returns or exchanges cannot be provided if an item is simply not what you anticipated (eg. the shade/colour is different to your expectations). Please refer to the disclaimer on the original product page for further details.
